Delivery Times:
Domestic Orders placed for items in stock may take up to 2 - 6 weeks to arrive depending on your local postal service. The average delivery time, however, for domestic delivery is 10 to 14 days.

BackOrders / Out-of-Stock:
Occassionally an item being advertised sells quicker than we anticipate and stock is depleted before our replenishment shipments have arrived. If the item is not expected to arrive in time to deliver to you within 30 days from the time you placed your order - we will send you a notice informing you of the status and will offer you the option of refunding your payment or holding your order open until the stock arrives.

Backorder of Out-of-Stock Notices may not be sent if we feel your order will be delivered within 4 weeks.

Customer Service Representatives will normally be able to address your questions and provide you responses within a day of their receipt. - There are instances however, when we receive extremely large volumes of email inquiries (in bursts) that may take longer than usual for us to respond to. Please be patient, we will respond as quickly as possible and expect an e-mail response within 1 or 2 business days.
